Shipping and Delivery

We take the greatest care to ensure that our gourmet confections arrive in your hands in the same condition they leave ours. If this is not the case please refer to the Returns & Replacements section.

Conrad's Candy currently ships to U.S. addresses only.

Our Shipping Methods:

Store Pickup - Orders placed using the in store pickup option are usually ready next business day. An email confirmation will be sent when your order is available for pickup. For current store hours please call 201-664-2895.

UPS Ground - Orders placed by Noon EST are usually processed by the end of the next business day, unless special considerations are noted in the item description. Refer to the map below for a general guideline of time in transit for UPS Ground. Days in transit for UPS Ground refer to business days and are not guaranteed to be there by the day indicated.



UPS 3 Day Select Shipping - Orders placed by Noon EST are usually processed that day, unless special considerations are noted in the item description. UPS 3 day Select is based on business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Deliveries are not made on Sundays.

UPS 2nd Day Shipping - Orders placed by Noon EST are usually processed that day, unless special considerations are noted in the item description. UPS 2 day is based on business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Saturday delivery available if you give us a call 201-497-6280, additional charges apply. Deliveries are not made on Sundays.

UPS Overnight Shipping - Orders placed by Noon EST are usually processed that day, unless special considerations are noted in the item description. UPS Overnight is based on business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Saturday delivery available if you give us a call 201-497-6280, additional charges apply. Deliveries are not made on Sundays.

Local Delivery – If you call us and are really nice you may talk us into delivering your order within 5 miles of our Westwood location ($40 minimum order). Please call and ask for JJ before you order. If you're not so nice we may charge you. If you're mean just forget about it.

Additional Information - Conrad's confections melt at about 82 degrees Fahrenheit. For this reason we only ship our products from October 15th thru May 30th. If you absolutely need something delivered in the warm months give us a call and if you're nice we may be able to work something out. If you live in Florida and it's 95 degrees out and you order something via UPS Ground we will call you to let you know that if we did ship that way you would be receiving some sort of chocolate soup substance. We will either have to upgrade your shipping methods to ensure proper delivery or cancel the order at no additional charge. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by weather events. In rare instances UPS planes are grounded and delivery via 2 day and overnight is delayed. Late deliveries are always possible, but very rare.

Returns & Replacements

If your order arrives broken or is unsatisfactory in any manner you can return your purchase for refund or replacement. Ordering

To place an order please use our online catalogue and shopping cart. If you are having trouble or would prefer to order by phone please call 201-497-6280 between 10am and 4pm EST.

Viewing Orders

In order to view your order please login to your account by going to My Account and entering your username and password. To view an order placed as a guest please call us at (201) 497-6280.
